Do I need to install an app?
No. The customer joins through WhatsApp and saves coupons and cards straight to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
How does a customer get a coupon?
Through WhatsApp, Instagram, a QR code or digital campaigns. They open the coupon and save it to their digital wallet.
How is the coupon used at my venue?
The customer shows the QR code. Your team validates it with the Zupy Scanner app or the dashboard, and the use is recorded.
Does it work with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet?
Yes. Coupons and cards can be saved to both major digital wallets, and the customer never has to download a Zupy app.
How does the points program work?
You set the rules. The simplest model: every purchase earns points, and points lead to new rewards.
What is Social Loyalty?
It means rewarding not only people who buy, but also those who share, refer, take part and engage with your brand.
What is Z$?
Z$ is Zupy's engagement currency. It rewards actions that create value for the brand, even without a purchase.
Can I tell new, returning and lapsed customers apart?
Yes. Zupy helps your brand recognize each stage of the journey and create more relevant actions for each group.
Do I need to change my system or POS?
No. Zupy works as a relationship layer alongside what you already use, and it can connect to partner systems.
Can I try it before choosing a plan?
Yes. Create your first coupon and start with up to 20 free customers, with no card and no commitment.
Do I need a monthly subscription to use Zupy?
Not necessarily. For coupon campaigns, you can pay only for usage, from R$ 1 per validated coupon, with no monthly fee. For an ongoing loyalty program, monthly plans start at R$ 129/month.
